2014 EUCCC Appreciation Party – Dialogue with new EU Ambassador to China

The European Chamber Tianjin Chapter is pleased to invite you to our 2014 EUCCC Appreciation Party held in Crowne Plaza Tianjin Binhai on 3rd December. We are honored to invite HE Hans Dietmar SCHWEISGUT, the newly appointed EU Ambassador to China. Ambassador SCHWEISGUT took office at the beginning of September and we are pleased that the members in Tianjin will have one of the first chances to meet him personally.
Ambassador SCHWEISGUT is an Austrian national who entered the Austrian Diplomatic in 1977. He was appointed Ambassador of Austria to the People’s Republic of China from 2003 to 2007 after which he served as Ambassador-Permanent Representative of Austria to the European Union in Brussels until 2010. Ambassador SCHWEISGUT joined the European Diplomatic service in 2011 at which time he was appointed Ambassador of the European Union to Japan. He has been recently appointed Ambassador of the European Union to the People’s Republic of China.

All the member companies in Tianjin will be invited to the cocktail party, it’s a good opportunity for opinion exchange, learning, networking and proposals discussion, together with the Local Board and Chamber staff. This will be as well the opportunity for our members to raise any issue in your sectors that you think the Ambassador should be aware about for future reference.
